"Use to be the best service ever when i dealt with Blake directly....not sure if Blake no longer works there or not. But service definitely went down hill since covid. Don't get responses to emails or voice-mail. ..get canceled with NO prior notice yet they say they sent notice. Oh yea prob sent to the wrong address we asked to be fixed a few times. Then even canceled my husband's insurance same way....no prior notice...he found out by going to pay the monthly bill and it was canceled. The notices never came here and the reason they canceled should have been covered by making someone listed as excluded driver that we asked to be done MONTHS ago! Oh well the 12+ years with him were decent til new staff came in and Blake stopped assisting directly."

"Not happy at all with the customer service of this office. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of my life insurance policy since March of this year and have yet to get it. I asked for my business policy to be cancelled yet for some odd reason for it to be reinstated, per my conversation with State Farm Customer Service Dept. I was asked to sign a authorize form for auto-pay in which I declined because I had yet to receive a copy of the life insurance policy. Yet some how funds were taken out of my account. As I have reached out to SFCS, I will wait and see what happens. The young lady stated she was sending Blake's office the request to cancel the policy. Now I have to take my time out of my already busy schedule to follow up with these people next week to make sure the policy has been cancelled. Blake you have to get your staff in order. Not a good look."

"Read the negative review and couldn't understand how it was possible. I have had a couple of quotes and nothing compared to what I could get with State Farm. "Worst experience of my life!! My policy ended up being retroactively adjusted to be more expensive because it wasn't possible as-written. So it was no longer "a deal". Months later, I'm still trying to fully cancel all policies and obtain a refund for it. I would never do any form of business with Blake Weldon, no matter what type of business he did. State Farm HQ is no help, but happy to continue removing funds from my bank account - so I will likely have to pay to unauthorize and block State Farm."

Yes, Blake Weldon at State Farm Agency is my nephew, and when he opened his State Farm office I let him know straight out that I’ve been with AAA for longer than he’s been on this earth and vendor relationships are important to me…and so I thought to AAA; apparently not. Safety driver rating, multiple policy discounts, local credit union discount…on and on. My premiums kept increasing every six months yet this was normal...right? With a new vehicle purchase in mind, I received my new, increased AAA quote and said ‘what’?? and then repeated all the information one more time to ensure we had it correct…’what’?? I decided to give Blake a call to see what State Farm could offer for my home and new car purchase and when given a quote said ‘what’?? The savings over the course of the year was a significant factor for me to leave my marriage with AAA and subsequent yearly savings proved State Farm wasn’t going to be just a 6 month affair. So, is blood thicker than water?…well fortunately, Blake Weldon is still my nephew and his agency is continuing to save me money, so I take him to dinner once a month. We both WIN...!!!"
